About Event

The Andes Connect Workshop is an academic initiative organized by the Academy of Management (AOM), as part of its Community Accelerator Program (CAP). This event is designed for young researchers, doctoral students, and early-career academics in the areas of organization and strategy in Chile and Argentina.
This intensive program aims to strengthen research capabilities, build local research communities, and enhance the likelihood of the region to produce high-impact research.
The workshops will be held twice a year in Chile and Argentina, over a period of two to three years, with the focus on strengthening collaboration between these two countries and extending it to other regions of Latin America. The first edition, organized by the Department of Management of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile, will take place on December 15 and 16, 2025.
Academic Program
The event will feature keynote speakers, research presentations, and interactive workshops designed to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among researchers in the field of management.

Connecting Research Across the Andes
The AOM Andes Connect Workshop aims to establish itself as a premier academic meeting that fosters excellence in research, strengthens international networks, and generates collaborative knowledge about management and organizations in Latin America.
The application period was open until September 30th. The process is now closed.
