Profesora Asociada, Departamento de Administración, Facultad de Economía y Negocios de la Universidad de Chile. Sus áreas de especialización son: Marketing Estratégico y Métricas, Gestión Comercial y Ventas, Endomarketing, Sustentatibilidad (RSE), Ética Empresarial, Customer Equity e Investigación de Mercado.
